"Customer stated that unit is out of balance. Error code F0E5-off balance load. Upon arrival the unit had a load in it paused with the error code, i noticed that the unit was set on delicate but had a heavy duty load in it. I removed load and calibrated unit, verified that the software version was correct and raised the feet on the unit. I started a quick wash cycle with a load of laundry and waited for the unit to reach the spin cycle and the unit operated as intended. I explained to the customer how to load the unit and about cycle selection. Unit tested good"
