Had a problem with my clothes dryer, first technician took the dryer apart, could not find the problem. Second technician came out and found the fan was blocked. A different company had to come out to remedy the problem. The cost was two service calls and the third party repair cost. Very dissatisfied customer.

The 3rd party costs for the vent cleaning were unrelated to the dryer itself thus it's hard to hold us accountable for them. the two technicians that repaired the dishwasher were pleasant and polite. They diagnosed the problem and repaired in same visit. I am only giving 4 star rating because the timeframe of our appointment was supposed to be 9-12 and when it was close to 2pm and nobody had showed up yet or called to say they were delayed I had to call and check on the status to be sure they were still coming.
