Customer stated that unit is still taking too long to dry a load of laundry. Unit failed an air flow test -poor all dryers. I removed vent hose from unit and preformed another air flow test-tested good all dryers. I cycled unit 5 times to insure that heater is cutting off and on and it tested good. I did discover that the vent hose going into the wall is crushed upon turning into the wall. I explained to the customer that the vent hose is reduced by 50% going into the wall that is causing the long dry times and that issue will have to be corrected. I called Tech-Line as requested. She showed me an oven thermometer she uses I explained to her that those are not the most accurate thermometer because the needle is still catching up when the oven is pre heated. I started a bake cycle to 350 degrees then used a temp gun took the temp of the back and sides then got an average. Unit is cooking properly. Informed her to get some biscuits follow instructions and see how they cook.
