Customer complaint was that water was spilling out of the ice maker whenever it went to make ice. I cycle the ice maker and as soon as it filled water was leaking out the front. Tested the valve and it seemed to open and close correctly with no problems and was not staying open for too long. I inspected the ice maker for any cracks that would cause leaks but could not find any so I reinstalled it and adjusted the level a little bit and then cycled it again and it filled with water but did not leak. Unit has not been plugged in for about a year and a half so I plugged it in and waited about 20 minutes and there was no Frost pattern on the evaporator and it was warm temperature to the touch. Ff temp was 41.5 and the freezer was -5. Temp sensor in freezer is reading 7 theirs a 12 degree discrepancy between temp sensor and mine and customers temp gauge. Techline had me ohm out the freezer temp sensor and said it was off. They suggest replacing sensor Sr 7741715195; ordrng 1 W11318270 (Thermistor)

Would not dispense any water or ice. I checked the water supply to the unit and there was good water pressure there I checked up at the filter and there was water up at the filter however none was getting to the dispenser. I checked the connections on the dual valve that regulates water flow from the filter to the dispenser and found there was a loose connection with the wire there causing the valve to not open so I tightened up the connection and tested the unit and it now dispenses water and makes ice; schdld next appmnt for 6/23 MON PM

I found the water line to be frozen up not letting water get to the ice maker. I defrosted the line and ran a diagnostic test in the ice maker cycles correctly and fills. I also tested the ice tray thermister and that passed as well. I lowered the freezer temp down 1 setting to prevent future issues

Customers complaint was the UI would not always register touch and sometimes the time would tick down too quickly. I put the unit into diagnostic mode and ran a UI key activation test in all of the buttons worked with no issues. I double checked all of the wire connections and made sure they were all secured correctly and I ran a diagnostic cycle to recalibrate the board and unit operates as it should with no issues
