"Customer had concerns of door alarm not going off, wires visible inside ice dispenser, and freezing produce. Door alarm is working properly, customer unaccustomed to noise. Wires are visible when looking up inside dispenser, showed customer the visible part is rear of UI board, wires are in normal position. Found no issues with produce damper or thermistor. Customer reports freezer door has been left open for extended periods, advised produce freezing is likely caused by backflow through return vent when unit is cooling a high temperature freezer."
