I found both sides of the unit were Dented in near the base at the rear and the entire frame of the unit was out of alignment causing the drum to rub against the sides. Case number 21801694 The customers complaint is that the unit does not make any ice and it is freezing their food in the ff section. I tested the icemaker and could not get it to cycle so the unit has a faulty icemaker. When I went to remove the icemaker assembly to replace the icemaker I was unable to remove it from the compartment no matter what I did. The icemaker assembly has the blower fan and the damper for the FF section so I called Tech Line because I was concerned about damaging those and affecting the fridge operation. Tech Line advised that if it does not come out theres nothing we can do about that and advise me to turn the icemaker off to take care of the freezing problem and this claim will go over to the third-party warranty for them to proceed as they see fit
