"Customer steted the unit was making a loud noise ans was agitating without water, after a replug the water started to add water and proceeded agitation and then would fill with water again. Did a soft reset again and unit has worked since, checked error code history stored was f1e2 motordrive module over voltage, per tech docs i tested for ohms at j3 at main pcb pins 1-2 was 8.3 ohms and 1-3 also 8.3 ohms, this is within specs as normal. If problem persits next step is replace the control board. After service diagnotics unit passed all tests with no return codes."
