Pressures Low side -13.8 and high side -13.6 In running state low side -16.0 and high side -15.8 not running. System is in a vacuum indicating a high side leak. "Customer stated that unit is making a noise and wont start a cycle on towels. No codes. I inspected Cam , gearcase and actuator, all tested good. I then found coins under the Washplate, removed debris. I leveled unit. I calibrated unit. Ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. I started a load of towels on the towel cycle, the unit filled/senses and got to wash as intended. I explained to the customer how to load the unit, how much HE detergent to use and about cycle selection. Unit tested good"

Fresh food gasket was not sealing all the way causing warm air to enter cavity and cause frost. I cleaned up all the frost and cleared ventilation holes. Unit is sealing correctly now and cold air is circulating.
