"Customer stated that the clothes are coming out wet. Error code F9E1-long drain. I ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit is operating as intended but found that the hot water was connected to the cold-I disconnected hoses and reinstalled them correctly. After speaking with customer i discovered that the issue is too much detergent- i explained to the customer about how much HE detergent to use, how to load the unit and about cycle selection.
