"Customer stated that unit started leaking 5 days ago from the bottom of the door but not all the time. No codes. I ran a diagnostic cycle in which i could not duplicate the issue but i did notice excess suds during the cycle. Motor, wash arms and door seal tested good. I explained to the customer how rinsing the dishwater with Dawn is not a good practice as it introduces the soap to the unit. I suggested that they run a clean wash cycle with affresh or two tablespoons of olive oil in a cup. Unit tested good"
