Cleared dust from freezer grate and left fridge out for 2 hours to cool rear compartments to room temp. Compressor still hot. Advised customer to leave off and allow heat to dissipate, then fill with items and turn back on. Running unit while empty creates excess load on compressor and can cause high temps inside. If issue continues while unit is full, issue is a leak and will need to be scheduled as a sealed system repair."

"Customer complaint is ice filled up in the freezer and the fridge stopped cooling. When I arrived the unit had been unplugged for several days and all ice was melted. Tested sealed system and it is operating properly. All thermistors and fans work correctly. Since the unit was unplugged and not in an active state of fault, hard to pinpoint exactly what caused the issue however, I did find the side gasket for the left hand fridge door was cracked, likely causing warm air to enter the unit condensate and freeze blocking airflow. Ordered new gasket and instructed customer to not unplug the unit for any reason until we come back with the gasket; ordrng 1 W11306508 (Gasket)"

Customer complaint is the unit does not drain out any water and only fills with hot water no matter the setting. When I tested the unit it started and went straight to wash and only filled with hot water on a cold setting. Canceled cycle and recalibrated the board and tested unit again now cycling properly at the correct temperature. Customer to use and monitor the unit

I inspected the blower duct and venting and verified good airflow. Suspect moisture is residual effect from previous vent issue. Advised customer to run dryer empty to dry out all venting.
