Techline Case number 22295352 safety case number 22262292. The customers Complaint was a hot/overheating smell coming from the washer. I did a thorough inspection of the washer and did not find any Indication of a component overheating or burning out or locking up causing friction. The unit spins fine and the slider moves up and down properly and there is no friction in the Gearcase. I called Tech Line to document and their advice is no repair required so I called the safety team to report my findings
