I took off bottom panel and inspected I noticed some water around the fill line I cleaned it then I started a normal cycle. I watched unit for 50 minutes and did not see leaks. I inspected drip pan and noticed that the left side had water spots and the right side did not. I moved water line and drain line around in case their was a pin hole leak but did not see any. I took off front panel as well to make sure vent or dispenser are not leaking. I left off bottom panel so customer can keep unit running and inspect after cycle ends.

Customer complaint that washer makes a banging sound when the water is shutting off. Unit required software update which I completed. Tested unit for noise and found that the metal braided hoses are banging against the rear panel when water shuts off. Install some foam insulation as a buffer between the hose and the back panel. Now when water shuts off there is no banging sound against the back panel.
