Found unit with a frosted fresh food evaporator. Evaporator thermistor reads correct for the temperature. Energized defrost heater to verify operation and temperature rise. Heater tested ok. The evaporator fan motor runs momentarily but is failing to send feedback voltage to the acu. Quoted for fan motor and added past due balance. Reached back out later in the day about scheduling and payment. Have not received funds for parts order yet. ; O-emld tckt

Customer stated that freezer is freezing but fresh food compartment seems not as cold. After inspecting unit i found that the air duct was clogged with ice . I removed ice with steamer and cleared drain with steamer. Evap has a frost pattern. Fans tested good. Unit tested good.
