"Customer stated that unit is not filling. Error code F6E1-no water, F6E4-float switch open, F5E2-door stuck closed. I inspected the float switch and found it was stuck in the up position, i removed the debris. I ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. I started a normal cycle and let it run for 15 minutes, it operated as intended. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that she is concerned about the amount of water thats going into the unit. No codes. I ran a diagnostic cycle in which i noticed that the rotor bolt was loose, i tightened bolt using loctite. I ran another diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. I explained to the customer about cycle selection and how much HE detergent to use. I started a normal cycle with a load of laundry and the unit added very little water before it started to wash moving the load into a ball. I canceled cycle and cleared the pressure hose & port then started the cycle again and waited until it began the wash, unit operated as intended. Unit tested good."
