Customer complaint is that on a automatic cycle unit shuts off after about 10 minutes and the clothes are not dry. I tested the moisture sensors and they are sensing accurately however I noticed that the dryer was slightly leaning back pulling the clothes away from the moisture strips and that the customer was using really small loads potentially causing it to not touch the moisture strips at all. I leveled the dryer off and have it leaning slightly forward to ensure contact with the moisture strips and I instructed customer to use larger loads. If customer calls back and this has not solved the issue then order W11752397

the unit is taking about 4 seconds to register that the door switch is depressed and the unit won't start right away. When I timed it it was a consistent 4 seconds every time so I called tech line to ensure that it was not part of the design because unit is a newer model and they advise that it was not and to order the ACU board harness and door switch so I ordered all 3; ordrng 1 W11551763 (Door switch) and 1 W11752184 (Acu) and 1 W11157861 (Harness)
