Customer States the unit is now leaking out the front and it is soapy water. I ran a couple cycles through to clear out any suds. I turned the rinse aid dispenser down to 1 from 3 to prevent any suds and I gave customer a sample packet of cascade soap pods to try and see if there's a difference in the amount of suds. I also adjusted the levels of the front legs so that the unit is leaning slightly backwards to alleviate any possible pressure on the door seal. Instructed customer to run unit and monitor

Sr 7741625372 customer complaint is that for about a month when the stove reaches temperatures of up to 400?that the unit would blow the breaker and now recently in the past 2 weeks the oven does not ignite all the time. I called tech line and we checked all of the wiring and all the components and could not find any issue. Tech line suggested that the of an igniter overtime has warped and is not close enough to ignite the oven every time so I ordered a new bake igniter and broiler igniter. With the help of tech line we could not find any issue that would result in blowing the breaker. Tech line suggested that with heat in excess of 400? causes the electrode to warp and possibly short out on part of the burner assembly and advise that I replace the igniter and go from there. I also noticed that two of the grates on top of the oven were broken so I ordered two new ones; ordrng 2 W11380124 (Grates)s and 1 W11355922 (Bake igniter) and 1 W11355920 (Broil igniter)

Sr7741603836 unit had massive frost build up on the evaporator causing the evaporator fan to hit the ice and make it loud noise and also preventing the doors from shutting correctly I defrosted the entire evaporator and checked the thermisters and was getting an incorrect reading. Unit is making an intermittent humming/rattling noise that I was not able to replicate but customer had a video and it sounded like a noisy compressor. I inspected the compressor in the back and everything seems to be secured correctly and the unit does not have issues keeping temp or making ice that would indicate a faulty compressor. I did notice the fresh food temperature was set to 34? possibly causing the compressor to overwork itself. I raised the temperature up to the recommended setting of 37? and instructed customer to monitor. Also customer mentioned having issues with the crisper drawer so I inspected that and found the drawer rail was broken causing it to go off track so I ordered a new rail; ordrng 1 W11763411 (Side plate)
