Recommended to take soap back and replace with HE soap. Ran clean washer before I left and it filled and started to agitate as expected.

Found the dishwasher is tidal waving causing it to leak in the bottom right . The top rack sprayer arm is warped causing the sprayer not to spin and just spray in the corner causing it to leak . Looked up parts for unit . Parts are discontinued.
