I found lint blowing out of the outside vent and only one of three dampers was opening on the vent-i explained what was happening to the customer and recommended that the vent hose & outside vent be cleaned or replaced. "Customer stated that unit is not cooling very well, unit was in a customers home for 2 days but did not have very much in it. Unit was unplugged upon arrival. After inspecting unit i found that the compressor is drawing 1 amp, discharge line is warm to the touch and the evaporator is developing a frost pattern. I asked customer to put items in the freezer in 24 hours and then monitor. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that they can hear a squealing during the whole cycle. I could not test due to no cord/outlet, i did find that the belt was rubbing on the idler pulley. Replaced idler and belt. Also found that drum gasket was not glued on causing the drum to run against the back panel-i installed drum gasket using hi temp red glue. I asked customer to monitor. Unit tested good ; used 1 341241 (Belt) from stock"
