Customer states that every load she gets a UL error code for an unbalanced load. I was unable to get unit to replicate the issue when I ran a load of towels through a drain and spin. The suspension rods seemed slightly weakened but not enough to throw the whole tub around from my observation. Customer requested that I changed the suspension rods so I did and I tested unit with a load of towels and there were no error codes The floor at the back of the washer seem to have some sort of water damage weakening the floor so I suggested to the customer that maybe if we move the washer forward on the more stable ground it would have better results but the room where the unit is is very small and she wanted to try it without moving it Forward first

I started a low temp cycle and watched for the flame to ignite but there was no ignition. The glow igniter got red hot and gas released but it did not ignite. The igniter is pulling a steady 4 amps but not enough gas releases to cause ignition. I spoke with tech line and they said to replace the entire burn assembly and I also reported to Whirlpool safety department due to the nature of the job. Unit was having an issue where the drain pump wouldn't stay on for more than a couple seconds so I ran a diagnostic cycle and the drain pump ran for the correct amount of time so I reset the board and tested unit and drain pump stays on but unit still gets a long drain error code. I disconnected the drain hose from the garbage disposal and drained it into a bucket to see how long unit took to drain and it took 54 seconds instead of the 25 seconds it was supposed to. I took the drain line off the unit and ran water through it from the sink and there was no clogs in the drain hose indicating a bad pump. Order new pump; ordrng 1 WD19X25461 (Drain pump)

"Unit was making a loud grinding noise and would not agitate when I checked underneath I found the slider stripped out causing it to only lock onto the tub and not the agitator. Customer bought the part off me but the customer is going to install the part himself. Customer is aware that any issues resulting in improper installation of the part will not be covered under any sort of guarantee and because I wasn't able to replace the part and test to make sure that was the only issue that if the part does not solve all of the issues there is no refund.
