DRYER WHIRLPOOL NED4655EW1 Customer stated that unit was not heating. Upon inspection discovered that unit was not receiving 240v. Unit was running motor but heater was not receiving any power. Checked vent checked heater for continuity unit tested good. Checked voltage coming in at outlet. Unit is only recieving 120v. Advising customer to have electrician come and inspect outlet/breaker. Unit was currently running on 20 amp breaker.
