Tech is suggesting replacement of user interface part # W10914560Customer has already had control replaced. Tech suggesting contacting manufacturer S/C under ATEC warranty due to same issue

Sr#7724759744 Customer complain8 g of popping noise and felt it was electrical noise. I ran all functions to unit and could not recreate the noise. I found a small hole on back of the refrigerator about one foot above the ice maker inlet tube. The insulation at the penetration was black. Put my screw driver in it and found no wires that could cause burn mark. Called tech line and documented. I also removed the tape and electric warning label that have a tendency to make noise with the airflow behind unit.
