The actuator that moves the metals balls that directs the water was stuck on and only spraying through the pro scrub . Unplugged the actuator. Unit is now washing top and bottom racks now . Customer understands that the pro scrub feature doesn't not work until a new part is installed WPW10412945 . Also found the water piping to the machine is very long and pushing against the water valve . Suggested having a hose installed instead of straight copper . Water valve threads were also cross threaded so any movement of the valve would leak a little bit of water . Called tech line about the actuator. Asked about unplugging he said that would work .
