Sr7741307309 customers complaint was that closed were not drying all the way specifically towels. When I started unit to check that the gas coils were working correctly I noticed the heat only stayed on for about 20 seconds and then turned off so I called tech line for them to advise me on whether that was normal or if we had a bad thermoster. I checked all of the thermistors and the moisture sensors and they all checked out good I ensured that the vent was not blocked and I took a temperature of the exhaust coming out of the dryer which correctly maintained a temperature of about 150?. I lowered the front legs about a quarter of an inch to ensure that the clothes were touching the moisture sensors and instructed customer on what size loads to put in

I found a roller wheel that was worn out and the belt was old and starting to crack causing the noise so I put a dryer repair kit on unit. I also noticed the vent behind the dryer didn't directly line up with the vent on the unit causing the vent hose to kink and not allow proper airflow causing the burning smell. I tried to adjust venting but could not do to where it comes out of the wall.
