Went to check for power in the back and found that there is an outlet wired at the back and the installer attached a plug attachment to the power lines coming off the unit. Installation guide States unit must be hardwired in with its own separate ground. Called techline 24784601 to document and they advised the customer has to call the installers and get it installed properly and then the unit should work. Tagline also advised if the unit is not fixed by the proper installation, customer will have to contact the customer care team to get any further repair approved"
