My Whirlpool refrigerator has cheap parts. The veggie drawer kept falling off the plastic track. The design is terrible! (Veggies are heavy, so the track should be along the bottom rather than along the top.) Steve managed to adjust the track and used two screws to keep that from happening again.

Staff knew their stuff - initial exam pinpointed a fuse but when two techs came back one of them knew to recommend a new thermostat so fuse did not go again. Dryer works like new now, no surprise charges even with an extra trip for the additional part and pats age very reasonable cost.

Mechanic was knowledgeable and polite. Appointments were difficult to schedule for a timely repair. I think this so called repair took 3-4 weeks to complete. First appointment we determined the upper basket was not formed/bent to accurate tolerances from factory as the most likely culprit. I did not want to start bending the basket to make it slide in and out without rubbing on the left side. Mechanic knew better also because I was watching and this is a brand new dishwasher. He said he would order a new basket etc.. Second appointment box is brought in cut open and installed. Looking at basket I notice left side is sort of bent in and no longer rubs. I make a comment it must have been the basket out of whack. They finish and pack up. I go to put the box in the garbage and notice clear tape and paper tape on one end of box, other end only has paper tape? So he wouldn't bend the basket in front of me because he knew I would not approve, but the box was cut open before arrival, basket bent, placed back in box, and clear taped shut. Pretty sneaky.. This dishwasher should have been replaced like I offered to do day one when I discovered the manufacturing defect. Feel free to contact me.. I will review on your preferred sites listed d below.

Thanks for the feedback however we are a bit confused why you feel you were duped since the tech left the old part with you. Regarding the opened box, the tech opened it when he picked it up from the office to make sure it was not damaged so your time wasn't wasted by showing up with a damaged part. We completely understand the frustration when there is service needed on a new product and we do everything we can to correct those issues as efficiently as possible. Dave and the rest of the team have zero motivation in duping our customers. Actually, quite to the contrary, our team prides itself on high quality, honest work. Anything otherwise would be quite troubling to us. In addition, your desire for a new dishwasher would have to be discussed with your dealer or the manufacturer since we are not part of that decision process unless the product is deemed not repairable. Found frozen product in the fresh food section because the unit is installed in an unheated garage. Ambient temperature inside the garage was very low. This has been an intermittent occurrence happening over the course of the last few months. Found items piled up against damper near ice room in the back left-hand corner and top shelf full to the ceiling. Items loaded into this area the refrigerator can cause airflow problems resulting in frozen items if left there for long periods of time.Checked air baffle In diagnostics. Checked thermistor resistance values at the control. Fresh food section was at 34° fresh with thermistor reading 5500 ohms. Thermistor showing warmer than measured temperatures although Within range considering door openings. Advised customer to remove items from top shelf. Raised freezer temperature to 5° and documented issue with Techline. Customer will reach out if issue continues.

Inspected machine compartment ice room LED lighting and evaporator compartment for electrical damage. Found debris sitting next to the right hand corner of the defrost heater likely causing the smell pictures attached. Customer had the unit pulled out when I arrived. When picking up the power cord the waterline began to leak at a kink that was present near the floor.The The amount of pressure needed to get the waterline to leak as it did was Insignificant. The waterline would have Broken when pushing the unit back into place. The needle valve used to feed the refrigerator water supply would not seat properly causing the customer to have to shut off water to the home. Left water shut off to the house. DRYER MAYTAG MEDC465HW0 Customer concerned with noise coming from dryer during use. Listen to a video of a slight ticking sound coming from the dryer when its first turned on. Customer also stating that the dryer makes a humming noise audible from the upstairs living area. Started dryer several times to try to re-create the noise. Although the dryer is said to have made the noise earlier in the day well in the home we were unable to re-create it. Disassemble dryer to check bulkhead rollers side panels belt idler motor and pulley for loose damaged or worn areas. Did not find anything out of the ordinary inside the dryer cabinet. Inspected drum felt and sliders for foreign objects and wear. When reassembling the dryer special care was made to make sure all screws and fasteners were properly in place and tight.
