"Customer concerned about unit leaking and intermittent wash quality; clothes come out dry and/or drenched with water. Also stated the machine gives inaccurate wash times, and a few events where the unit would not drain and very soapy water. Could not recreate any leaks at time of visit. Noticed residue of a water leak on the back panel inside the machine. Leak was originating from the hoses at the inlet valve; which was fixed at another time. No leak currently present from that location. Oversuds error code stored. Using too much soap caused the error code/oversuds which evidently resulted in poor drain. Called tech line. Could not recreate issue while in home but the ui would reset to factory setting like it was brand new and customer would have to reset Ui. The customer is going to monitor.

"Customer concerned about unit not agitating not spinning. F7E5 error code stored. Cleared code. Unit passed auto diagnostics test. Unit is plugged into a light socket to plug adapter. Suspecting that is part of the issue. As for the shaking, customer had a load of clothes in the unit upon arrival. Tested spin with the clothes in there which recreated the shaking issue.
