Replaced temperature sensor. Bottom of oven had one of those mats that catch drips . It was covering the holes not allowing proper circulation of heat . Checked temperatures made sure they were correct 330 392 329 390 330 396 Average temp 361 . Calibrated oven down -10 . Tested good .

"Customer experiencing freezing temperatures in the fresh food. Product temperature at 38 on arrival but the milk that was sitting on the top shelf was partially frozen.
