WASHER WHIRLPOOL MHW8200FC0 Customer stated drawer was stuck inside dispenser. Upon inspection discovered drawer was jammed inside dispenser.Was able to remove drawer. Tabs on end of drawer had snapped causing handle not to stay attached. Replaced drawer Unit tested good

WASHER MAYTAG MVWC565FW0 Customer stated unit would not stop running drain pump at end of cycle. Unit was unplugged upon arrival. Plugged unit back in canceled out cycle. Pump turned off. Checked for error codes. Unit was displaying f0e2 error code for oversudsing. Inspected pressure hose discovered that hose was clogged not allowing unit to sense amount of water in tub.
