WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW2 "F0E2 upon arrival. Customer states the unit displayed a finished cycle however the tub was still halfway full with water. Tub ring is damaged from hitting the cabinet due to not being level. Auto diagnostics prove the drain pump to be functioning normally with adequate pressure. Checked drain pump for obstruction, none found. Replaced tub ring, leveled and recalibrated. Unit testing good."
