"Blower housing cannot be replaced unless the blower wheel gets replaced also. The sound is only heard once when starting the machine empty, and consistently when clothes are in it. The sound is not present with the drum removed. But when the drum is installed the noise is present. Right side of cabinet appears to have a dip in it which could be contributing to the noise. Contacted the manufacturer again. The agent suggested replacing the bulkhead and roller support shafts. Will also replace the drum, motor, blower wheel, and cabinet. Unit is freezing all items in the RC and the lights are not working. Both the RC and FC thermistors read open in diagnostics. Checked thermistors at control. Both read open. Traced wiring harness back and found a disconnected connector. Reconnected and rechecked from control. Thermistors tested good lights came on and thermistors read PASS in diagnostics.

Customer reports water spraying from the top console. Activated the water valves on the machine in manual diagnostics; no issues present. Investigation resulted in discovery of a leaky water valve in the home plumbing that was leaking on top of the console. The water valve was located right above the unit and water residue on the unit shows where the water drips onto the machine. No further repair necessary.
