Replaced main control for washer not spinning or agitating. Replaced water valve for no water at cold side. The water valve tested good. The control failed. The washer is overfillingnand I tested the pressure switch and it tested good. During testing the pressure switch the washer was suppose to agitate but instead drained water out.. Ordering another control; ordrng 1 WH12X22744 (board control asm)

Customer stated that while running a bake cycle unit displayed F2E0 error code for keypad being disconnected. Power was shut off to unit upon arrival. Turned power back on unit was still displaying code. Replaced keypad and ensured all connectors were seated properly. Tested panel and all functions. Unit tested good

Replacing adjusters due to top rack falling causing rack not to slide in and out of cabinet. Replaced adjusters also tightened door handle. Ran diagnostic cycle. Customer had error code for cool water coming into machine. Recommending running hot water at sink before starting cycle. Also recommending use of rinse aid to assist with drying.Unit tested good otherwise
