Discovered that noise was coming from interior bellow spring being detached. Spring was loose inside cabinet while tub was spinning. Reattached spring ran test cycle again. Unit tested good

Sr#7725411045 the customer is complaining of gas smell while drying clothes. On arrival I could smell varnish from the floors being refinished. Checked all gas connections to dryer and inside dryer while it was running. No signs of gas leak. Called tech line to document. The flame is burning off varnish in the air causing the smell.
