Customer stating they are still having issue with darker items coming out with white residue on them after wash cycle. Checked for codes no codes present. Removed wash basket to inspect plastic tub. Tub has small amount of white residue on tub suspecting from afresh. Drying on tub. Cleaned tub with warm water. Reassembled unit and called techline to document findings. Unit was running timed dry and on high and was cycling on and off between 130 and 150 .called techline SR 7725726088 Techline said if no error codes . Has good power to outlet . Unit has good airflow checked also with hand in vent . Techline said is working as expected and not to change parts . Thermal cut off and high limit were fine .
