"Customer concerned about a noise, best described as “a plane taking off” when unit is draining. Put unit into manual diagnostics and demonstrated multiple functions for the customer in an attempt to pinpoint what could be causing the issue. High speed spin, agitation, and the drain pump sounded most familiar to the customer, but all sounded like normal operation. Customer mentioned she used the “Casual” cycle option for a regular load of clothes. A sound sample provided on a cassette tape recorder sounded as if the unit was trying to spin with excessive weight in the drum. Recommend customer to try using the “normal” cycle option for typical loads of laundry. Unit testing good."
