Previous company came out and replaced the fan and harness with the defrost thermistor. They did not put the defrost thermistor in the correct location. Moved the thermistor to the correct location due to the service pointer. Foil taped and zip tied it in the right spot . Found that the evap cover tabs are broken and has no screws ordering screws 67006425 and evap cover WPW10501260 . Ran test four to make sure 3 way valve is working . Tested good . "Customer concerned about unit leaving water in the fabric softener dispenser compartment and states unit drains intermittently. F8E1 error code stored. Techline agent states the valves should be replaced. Due to low water pressure going to the dispenser, water is still being left in the fabric softener compartment. As for the intermittent draining, the manufacturer states the drain pump is fine; suspecting siphoning is occurring due to the characteristics of the customers drain setup and/or the faulty valves. Customer had a rubber drain hose going to a pipe in the floor which was filled with water. Suggested customer to have the drain pipe investigated. Customer stating they are hearing scraping noise again coming from unit. Same noise as before. Checked for error codes. No codes were present. Ran test cycle. Could instantly hear noise customer was referring to when unit began to agitate. Stopped cycle and inspected underneath machine. Discovered that mounting screw for shifter that was previously replaced had come loose. This was causing noise. Reinstalled and tightened both screws ran unit again for customer. Unit tested good Unit is under ATEC warranty for shifter being replaced (5/31)
