Spoke with customer over phone. Customer states that the dryer will not turn on at all. When they check the breaker panel the breaker has not flipped to the off position but when they manually reset the breaker the dryer is operational again and it is operational for weeks before failure. Advised to contact maintenance to change breaker. Breaker may be tripping internally and opening dryer circuit without changing the on/off position. The customer then resets the breaker and everything is fine. If dryer was causing breaker to pop it would occur within minutes of operation.

"Unit was not cooling properly on arrival. Found low side running in a vacuum. Pressurize system with 140 pounds of nitrogen. Found small leak under the shrink wrap on the evaporator. Replaced the evaporator and compressor. New compressor would not start after installation reinstalled old compressor. The filter dryer I installed was defective from the factory and had a hole punched in the side. Replaced filter dryer again. Unit still failed to hold pressure. Re-pressurized with nitrogen. Was unable to locate leak and exposed tubing in the machine compartment or the evaporator. Call Tech Line to get SR number to relay to third-party billing.
