"Customer concerned about frequently getting off balance when going into spin, a grinding noise when going from agitate to spin, and wash cycles taking longer than usual. F0E5, F7E6, F7E1, & F7E5 error codes stored. Agitation sounded weaker than it should. Unit could not complete an auto test cycle. Motor and actuator should be replaced. Motor has been discontinued. Contacted Lowe’s extended warranty who will then contact customer for resolution."

Tube was covered with Special Project S38253 . Tested unit . Tested good . Customer concerned about water flow at dispenser. Close water valve and reopened. Did not help . Suggested replacing that first and then if nothing changes replace the water valves to the unit . Inside and outside the cabinet. ; used 1 W10619951 (TUBE-DRAIN) from stock
