The freezer compartment does not seem to have any issues keeping temperature however the fresh food section was room temperature. And the evaporator had no frost on it and was room temperature to the touch. After talking on the phone with tech 67 we concluded that it was a sealed system issue with either the three-way valve or a restriction in the fresh food evaporator. Repair will be covered under sealed system 60 month warranty. I removed the old water filter with a pair of channel locks and then inspected the bracket I couldn't find no damage so I tested it by putting the water filter back in and trying to take it out again and it comes out with no problem. "-21 and 100. Drove valve to home position, normal equalization time. Ran test 4, pressures normal during RC cooling, restricted during FZ cooling. Separated system and blew clear both low sides of system with 250psi nitrogen. No debris blew clear. Reconnected and vacuumed to 500 microns, recharged with 6oz of R134a. Pressures once valve opened read 17 and 170. Unit cooling properly. Will call tech support on Monday"

"Ran a diag cycle noticed when unit was agitating that there was a good amount of suds showing, washer has never had a clean washer cycle been done. Basket is not being obstructed and also does move up and down freely. I reccomended getting afresh tablets and running clean washer cycle and then try a normal cycle. If that doesnt fix issue it is control board but it is NLA."
