Unit is very loud when washing. Found that the wash motor was vibrating against the waterline again the floor. Adjusted water line. Gasket on dispenser was out of place preventing door from closing. Reinstalled dispenser gasket. Unit it much more quiet after adjustment.

The hardwood floor in front of the refrigerator is buckled. Rolled unit out to check for leaks. Tested all tubing and connections during dispensing and ice maker fill. No signs of leaking behind the unit or in the machine compartment. Filled drain pan to check forCracks. Water did not leak out of drain pan. Did not find standing water in the fresh food section under the filter or crispers. No ice build up in the evaporator pan or the freezer bottom. Drain tube is clean and in position. Inspected area under the unit in the basement. Water line penetration is dry. Found a moist rust spot on the case behind the unit unable to access this area because it is sealed from the factory. Possible condensation issue behind the liner and case. Showed this to the customer. Not other water sources exist near the unit and the floor damage. Recommending that the customer leave the water to the unit shut off.
