Customer stated that unit would not stopping flashing control lock and unit would not stop beeping. Attempted to turn control lock off upon arrival. Unit would not respond to commands. Unplugged unit and removed cooktop cover. Discovered that bottom tray of cooktop was full of water. Unit had large amount of moisture built up on bottom of control and spark module was partially submerged in water. Cost of repair is greater that value of unit. Customer is going to replace unit. Unit temperatures are not not hitting target and are high . Went into diagnostics thermistors test good . Air baffle tested good . Evap fan motor turned on and condenser fan turned on as well . Condenser coil is clean . Compressor turns on and the heater is working . Took evap cover off and found the evap frost was good . Did see the evap fan struggling to turn on . Called techline SR 7726096814 . Techline suggested replacing evap fan and control . Techline said to try evap fan first . Ordering fan W10822580. If problem persists order W10823804; ordrng 1 W10822580 (evap fan motor)

Upon inspection discovered that bellow holes were clogged With hair causing issues removed bellow and cleared hair from backside of bellow also cleared drain hole on actual tub. Reassembled unit.
