"Customer stated that there is a humming noise while the dryer is in use and that the door lock switch is not working. I verified that the two issues existed. I found that the blower housing didnt have a good seal on the blower which was causing a whistling sound, made an adjustment to housing and it fixed the problem. I also found that the door wasnt engaging the door switch, i adjusted door and it corrected the problem. Tested unit and unit tested good"

Customer stated that the dryer only works on timed dry cycles and when on sensor dry the unit stops after 10 minutes. I took a damp towel and confirmed that it did stop at the 10 minute mark. I inspected connections and discovered that the touch sensor connector on the board pin J13 was loose. I checked for continuity at connector and touch sensor and it passed. I reconnected connector to J13 and ran another test cycle and it passed. Unit tested good.

When i informed customer that the service call fee is due today he told me that he only had $60 today, no one told him that there would be a fee and to bill him for the balance.
