"Sr7742128939 customer cannot get the unit to power on and nothing works. I tested the unit and there is no response from the user interface and nothing lights up. I was unable to find voltage readings on the wiring diagram so I contacted tech line to see if they could help me out and they also could not find any voltage readings so they suggested that if voltage was coming into the unit correctly to replace the UI board. After speaking with tech line and plugging the unit back in I was able to get one of the buttons on the UI to work confirming voltage there and back however the rest of you I still does not work and you cannot operate the unit. The unit will need a new UI panel so I quoted the customer for the repair and they said they want a couple days to look around and see if they want to go ahead with the repair; ordrng 1 W10736453 (Ui), states that autho needed"

Sr7742118634 the customer states that she went to cancel a cycle after use and after she pushed the cancel button the unit started flashing they do not unplug symbol as well as the whirlpool logo. I spoke to tech line about it and they said it's trying to do an update but the unit is not connected to Wi-Fi. They gave me the number for the connectivity team and I had me instruct the customer to call them for assistance getting it hooked up to the Wi-Fi to complete the update and if that doesn't work then customer will call back and either the ACU #W11261167 or the UI #W11296169 will have to be replaced. Tech line technician was unsure which board would actually be causing the problem and suggested we have both on hand if we need to make a return visit

I installed a new pump and sump then tested it on normal unit was washing and working properly. I then reccomended customer do an afresh pod to clean unit out, he started while I was still in home thats when I heard unit not running and pump making same noise. I checked power at control board did find it out putting the 120v. Checked at connector to the motor no power. I adjusted the prongs on connector to make better contact tested unit again and it started washing and spraying water. I cleaned out the drain trap and found a bunch of objects in there blocking water from getting through to the pump so I cleaned that out and tested unit again and this time it partially drains but still not all the way and due to the age of the machine when I put the clean out back on it will not reseal resulting in water leaking out from the pump so the unit will need a new pump; ordrng 1 WPW10241025 (Pump)

I ran multiple diagnostic cycles on the unit and it seems to fill spray and drain correctly however the heating element would not turn on resulting in poor wash performance so I checked at the back of the unit to make sure the wires were not broken or chewed and I found that one of them had come unplugged resulting in no voltage getting down to the element. I plugged it back in and tested unit again and it works as it should I also updated the software on the control board

After running the unit for about 5 minutes on any cycle the UI will read either done or canceled and either on the cycle or we're on the drain pump. I tested the pressure sensor in diagnostic mode and that is reading correctly and I tested the water valves the spin the agitation and all functional parts and they all work individually and there is no stored codes. Something on the control board is not getting it correct reading from one of the sensors and the control board will need to be replaced; ordrng 1 WH22X35517 (Main control board)
