Found unit with freezer temp at -2 customer says freezer will fluctuate up to 10 degrees causing soft ice cream. Replaced evap fan and removed small build up of ice. Unit had a full and complete frost pattern. If temperature concerns persists unit will have to be monitored via data loggers.

"Unit has been worked on before by GE technicians, they have replaced the compressor, control board and door sensors. Customer believed that unit was going to get deemed unrepairable today but I cannot determine that because unit needs to have a pressure test and have pictures taken for prove. GE technicians need to come back call GE and determine it's not repairable."
