Customer said that when guest stayed that top of oven was very hot calibrated oven preheated oven at 350 checked temps normal temps at 350 degrees . Ran oven up too 400 degrees checked temps temperature was at 397 degrees advised customer that there is a vent in the back of the stove which gets hot not too put anything on the back of the stove when running the oven
