Customer concerned that cooktop is too hot to touch after indicator warning goes off. Found that the cooktop indicator shits off when the cooktop is still at 130 degrees. This is true on all burners. Documented issue with tech line SR7729022439Tech line stating that the main control monitors burners for setting of the infinite switch and timeframes to determine when to shut off the indicator. Temperature of the cooktop doesnt play a role. They stated that the unit is working as designed even though the temperature of the cooktop remains hot after the indicator is terminated. Washer will need to be moved closer to the wash sink in order for it to drain properly. This will require adding an outlet closer to the unit.
