Customer had load in machine upon arrival. Load inside machine was load of sheets that had been bunched up towards center of agitator. After balancing load ran drain and spin for customer. Once load was balanced unit spun sheets out as it should. Advised customer that proper loading is essential to unit spinning out clothes properly. Unit itself tested good
