Found there was obstruction in drain line causing no drain. Removed obstruction with shop vac and the dishwasher is now draining. Cleaned the spray arms and recommended customer run hot water at sink before use for better performance. The garbage disposal is backing up so I recommended to run that prior to dishwasher use also to clear house drain.

Compressor not running pulling 8 amps . Found dye in drain pan and running down the steel line from the cabinet. Checked evap area no dye found in there . 23 psi on high and low side of the unit .called techline SR 7732936834 techline said to check unit with nitrogen 140 . Didnt see any leaks when pressured up but definitely has dye coming from that side . Unit smells like compressor burn out and oil in the system . Called techline. Unit was deemed unrepairable.
