Customer is having an issue with the dishwasher heating. Found F7 error in diagnostics which explains why the heater was not turning on ran diagnostics through oh WA calibration. There was an owi error in the diagnostics as well. Found that the drain hose was installed through the floor and into a trap in the basement with no air gap. This is causing water to syphon out during wash. Recommending that the hose be installed through the cabinet and into the disposal.
