One thing i noticed that while i was in home the side wall of unit started to get very warm for how long it had been plugged in. On high span and unit Spun as it should so I Cleared the error code and ran a diagnostic mode and it Operated as it should and the error code did not come backI ran a factory calibration mode to calibrate the board to the motor and then tested on a normal cycle for about 10 minutes and it works as it should. The customer's complaint is that the unit does not dispense ice or water when I arrived and inspected the unit I wasn't able to get it to dispense anything so I checked in the back and there is proper water flow into the machine. When I tried to dispense any water I could not hear the valve in the back opening so I checked for power down to the valve and there is no power coming to the valve off the control board. The unit will need a new control board however when I went to look it up I found that they do not make that control board anymore and it is not available anywhere so the unit is unrepairable

Unit has an intermittent issue with throwing an f1e error code for a configuration mismatch with the jumper wire. I inspected all of the connections and could find no issue there the UI board is not reading the jumper wire correctly for the temp sensor so unit will need a new UI board however due to the age of the machine the UI board is no longer available on either parts websites so the unit is unreparable

The customers complaint was at the unit would not properly dissolve all of the soap and would not clean the dishes all the way and would make a loud noise when in progress. I tested the unit on a light cycle and the unit fills and sprays as it should I ran a diagnostic cycle and the heater works as it should and the dispenser door opens. There was an error code for the optical sensor so I checked that and it was covered in gunk so I cleaned that off and I also noticed that the filters where covered in gunk and soap residue resulting in poor washing performance. I instructed the customer on how to clean it and I'm having them run it after it is cleaned and monitor

The customer's complaint was the dishwasher was having an intermittent issue where it would pop the circuit every now and then when they would go to turn it on. I inspected all of the wiring and the control boards and did not find any wiring issues or burn marks on the control board. I ran a diagnostic cycle to test all of the components and the load they put on the fuse and did not have any issue. I did find that the dishwasher had a power cord running to it that was plugged in under the sink along with the garbage disposal and a LED cabinet light and possibly other plugs or lights are on that circuit which could possibly be overloading the breaker when you turn the dishwasher on. I suggested the customer get a electrician out to put the dishwasher on its own dedicated circuit and see if the issue persists
