If customer water supply was insufficent or machine is overloaded it will throw a long fill error. The machine is adding water but water level sensor does not see a change in water level. The unit will cancel the cycle and will make the customer think it did not drain when really it did not wash at all. No repair needed for this unit.

Reviewed use amd care with customer. Ran test load of towels with customer. Did experience difficulty starting a wash. Had to power cycle unit for start entry to work. Reccomended following wash options for best load balancing:-Load garments evenly around outside of wash basket.-Use the highest water level-Select fabric softener option even when not using fabric softener for a deeper rinse-Use heavy duty in place of normal. Normal does not supply as much water. More water means more water saturation and better balanced loads.- If load does go off balance pause the cycle. Wait for basket to come to stop and lid will unlock. Arrange garments so weight is even around the basket. Resume cycle by holding start button then releasing when all LEDs are on.
