Spoke with customer over phone. Customer states that the dryer will not turn on at all. When they check the breaker panel the breaker has not flipped to the off position but when they manually reset the breaker the dryer is operational again and it is operational for weeks before failure. Advised to contact maintenance to change breaker. Breaker may be tripping internally and opening dryer circuit without changing the on/off position. The customer then resets the breaker and everything is fine. If dryer was causing breaker to pop it would occur within minutes of operation.
