Had customer start load of towels. Customer loading machine properly. Not overloaded. Reccomended customer set water fill to deep water. Auto sense does not deliver enough water for towels. Lack of water is causing soap not to dissolve leaving wet soapiness on towels at end of cycle.Reccomended additional rinse and deeper rinse by selecting fabric softener option.

"Bailed out tub full of water. Found rust on wash basket due to unit being unable to drain. Ordering new wash basket. Replaced ACU and drain pump. Waited 3 minutes for new ACU to go through power off cycle. ACU then flashes F3E2 error and drain pump runs continuously. Inspected pressure hose and hose appears good. Attempt to remove hose from pressure port to clean pressure dome. Port breaks off of tub. Unit unusable without ability to read pressure. Customer is still experiencing issue with items spinning out. Checked for error code upon arrival. Unit had an Off Balance Load error code stored (F0e5). Ran test cycle to confirm function. Unit progressed through cycle as it should. Spoke with customer about issue and what cycles are being used. Customer stated that she is using mostly Normal cycle and has never used the deep water wash. Technician explained that this machine is a low water machine and it will not spin out correctly if the correct cycle is not selected. Advised customer when doing any larger loads they need to use either bulky/sheets or power wash setting with the deep water wash selected. Also advised customer to be sure unit is being loaded evenly around agitator items need to be positioned along the edge of agitator evenly.
