Inspected entire wiring harness for possible short or broken wire. Could not locate issue with harness. Tech cannot determine why unit is leaking. Customer will need to be reimbursed for control cost and labor for job.

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KSSO48QTB02 Called techline SR 7725803378 . Techline suggested sealing wire harness with silicone where the auger motor is . Sealed those . Sealed motor area and motor cover . Sealed where the ice bin sits . Found a big gap between the icebin and the door . Sealed that area with silicone . Replaced ice door with updated one . . Water dispenser was not working when I got here . The water line was frozen due to the ice build up at the bottom of the ice bin and in the dispenser area. . Water is now dispensing . If problem continues techline said it may need a new door because heat is getting in . Auger motor is working and moving the auger inside the ice bin .Customer will monitor.
