The unit has been overloaded often causing the pump hose underneath to flatten out and leak. Water has been leaking onto rotor, stator , and shift coil. Harness has corroded and no longer connected to stator. Quoted for lid lock motor parts and harness. Customer is going to replace due to cost."

Every load no matter what is washed.Following stored errors:F0E2 oversuds.F7E7 unable to reach target rpmRan autodiagnostic and completed. Belt is making creaking noise. A slipping belt can cause off balance load and F7E7 error. Replaced belt. Tested unit with load of towels in high spin. Unit shakes violently. Dissasembled unit. Discovered wash basket has been bored out by drive shaft. Basket slipping on drive shaft causing violentlt shaking. Splines on drive shaft imperfct causing them to wear out wash basket. Complaint of no drain/operation. Confirmed 120 VAC from outlet. Door switch visibly failed. Jumped door switch with copper wire and able to achieve drain and spin. Replaced door switch. Tested unit and unit tested good. Original quote to customer included a timer. When testing the unit a humming noise was heard from timer when unit in drain and spin. This noise may have been due to worn cams in timer but has since ceased after replacing door switch. Noise may have been due to poor connection from jumper wire causing timer motor to skip.
