WASHER CROSLEY VAW3584GW1 Unit is still experiencing same issue after initial fill unit shuts off during cycle. Checked for code. Unit displaying f2e1 code for motor control fault. Ran rinse and spin and observed unit during cycle. After initial fill. Status led’s go blank as if you were going to start a new cycle. This happens each time you try to run this cycle. Observed incoming voltage with electricity monitor to see if unit is losing voltage during this process. Tested unit 3 separate times voltage going to machine never changed. Called techline to document findings and issues. Techline agent had tech take resistance reading of motor and shifter.
