"Frost build up inside freezer compartment. Frost had melted and refrozen inside drain tube and vent for the cold air to enter the fresh food section causing it to be warmer than it should be. Defrosted freezer compartment and cleared drain tube and cold air vent. Door was possibly left open causing the frost build up. Tested heater in diagnostics, tested good. Tested evap fan, tested good. Tested compressor, tested good."

Found lose connection at bulb socket for interior light. Fixed connection. Light now working. Left bulb with customer.

Found the dryer pauses shortly after starting and at random times as if the door is open. The door switch tests good. Found f2e2 communications error and f3e2 moisture sensor error. Moisture sensor tested good. Ordering control an ui; ordrng 1 W11406678 (Console) and 1 W11441689 (Control)

Replaced sump due to stuck wash motor. Unit tested ok

Replaced main control for not starting dryer and just clicking. Same result. Calle tech line and found there was a loose connection at the motor that was causing loss of voltage and not starting motor. Tightened connection and the dryer is now working as expected.
