Observed following factors contributing to odor left in machine:-Plugged drain sock causing water to drain back into machine after wash.-Excess soap causing soap scum to build and retain moisture in machine.-Debris in sump causing incomplete drainVacuumed out sump. Changed lint sock. Reviewed use and care with customer to avoid over dosing on detergent. Observed water supply hoses dated to 2011. Replaced with new water supply hoses. Replacement hoses rated for 5 years of use. During repair, the water supply valve has started to drip. The valve has much corrosion and now that is leaking must be replaced by qualified Plummer. Tested washer via auto diagnostic cycle and unit tested good. Ran clean cycle at end of service call.; used 1 TJ725RBFFP (Water supply lines) from stock"

Recommended customer to use hot water prior to running dishwasher and using height temp wash for hotter water during cycle for better wash and dry and possibly steam turning back to water before it is removed from machine.

Customer is stating that temperature inside oven is not correct when baking items. Stating that temps are much lower than displayed. Ran preheat on upper oven with thermocouple inside cavity to observe temps. Once unit reached initial preheat to 350 observed temps displayed on thermocouple meter. Unit is reading 25-30 degrees lower than display is showing. Let upper oven cool. Calibrated unit up 30 degrees. Ran preheat again and observed unit. Unit is maintaining temperature as it should now confirmed by opening door letting heat out and observing unit reach desired temp again. Repeated this process for lower oven. Discovered lower oven was on off by 10 degrees. Calibrated let oven cool then tested again. Temperature readings for both ovens are now consistent with what is shown on display. Also spoke with customer about cooling fan sound. Fan operation sounds normal to technician. Explained how/when cooling fan is operating. Technician does not feel fan needs to be replaced at this time. Unit testing good otherwise

Found unit sitting in a puddle of water when I arrived. Inspected rear of unit for water connection failures. Water connection to the unit was dry and did not appear to be the source. Found that the icemaker filter was cracked at the top because it was frozen. This was causing water to spray out of the top of the unit and leak down into the fresh food compartment during icemaker Fill. Shut icemaker off at control so the leak will not continue until they fill tube can be repaired. Ordered fill tube; ordrng 1 W11415785 (Tube)
