"Customer complaint unit constantly tripping breaker. Unit was plugged into an extension cord to an outlet on a 15amp breaker on arrival. Plugged unit into outlet on 20amp arc-fault breaker behind unit to test. Turned unit off and back on to measure amps. Compressor is drawing 1.1 amps. Turned heater on in diagnostics heater is drawing 3.6amps. Ohmed heater, measured 32ohms while hot. Let unit run and it went into defrost on it owns. While in defrost unit tripped breaker without any spike in amperage at wall. Called techline SR 77311870984. While on phone with techline had amp clamp on heater and amp meter in outlet. Ran defrost test in diagnostics. About 2 minutes into test while on phone unit shut off again and could not detect a spike on either meter. Techline said since there is no spike they dont suspect it is the unit and they think it is a power issue. They also referenced service pointer w11525530 .Talked to techline about possible arcing inside the board causing it to trip breaker. Customer is going to call electrician. If problem persists order control W11196400"
