Customer stated they are concerned with refrigerator temperatures constantly changing. Took temperature reading. Freezer measured temperature was ranging between 0 and -1 degree. Took temp reading in fridge. Fridge temperature was between 42-45 degrees. Both compartments are testing within appropriate range. Customer is concerned due to constant fluctuations in refrigerator temp. Spoke with customer about adjusting damper in freezer to compensate for temp adjustment. Explained that damper allows cool air into fridge compartment from freezer. Damper was set to minimum amount of air flow . Adjuster damper and advised customer to monitor temps and report back if Issue persists.
