Customer stated that unit was failing to spin properly during certain cycles. Checked for error codes unit showing code f8e1 for long fill. Discovered that cold water valve was unplugged from connector. This is causing issue. Unit was unable to run rinse cycle therefore would not spin. Reseated connector and ran test cycle. Unit now spinning as it should
